The Research Section for Information Base Development is involved in: 1) the development of an information supply system aimed at collection and creation of knowledge and evidence; 2) creation of a disaster nursing literature search system that allows the search of disaster literature and storage of disaster support information in addition to a disaster nursing knowledge reference system where necessary information on disasters and contents of the nursing care can be looked up by clicking on a list of disaster-related terminologies; 3) development of a system for the assessment of disaster preparedness from a nursing standpoint. We also have started the development of nursing database for evacuation centres. |
