| 概要 | In this study, we found that the alfa lipoic acid gamma cyclodextrin complex exhibited an HbA1c lowering effect for treating type 2 diabetes mellitus in animal models. Moreover, in this study, we investigated the activation of phosphrylation of AMP-activated protein kinase, which plays a role in cellular energy homeostasis, in the liver of KK-Ay mice by using alfa lipoic acid gamma cyclodextrin complex. |
