概要	We have evaluated the feasibility of a telenursing system that makes use of mobile computing for patients with a chronic condition who are receiving health-care services at home. The telenursing system helped the patient to manage his diabetes better. The results of the study also suggest that daily health communication with patients with chronic diseases that require self-management (diabetes in particular) is extremely important from a clinical perspective.
